Antonio (TB Hunnitgzz) McCotter, born on April 24, 1999 to Tanika McCotter and Anthony Hoover, departed this life peacefully at home on March 17, 2022.
Antonio came into this world about 3:41 a.m. at Yale New Haven Hospital. Antonio was mom’s easiest birth, but most worrisome pregnancy…he barely kicked in the womb, even when probed. He didn’t even cry when he entered the world!! Antonio slept for 24 hours his 1st day home. This set the stage for his sleep patterns, and anyone who knows him knows “HE LOVED HIS SLEEP!” Hence…he was always cool, calm, and collected. Antonio attended Wilbur Cross High School 2013-2017 where he graduated with his high school diploma. Antonio excelled in football and basketball during his high school years.
Currently, Antonio worked with his very close friend/brother Tyron Clemmons in helping to get his junk removal business started. He was also “The Man” behind his brother/cousin Jalanni White’s IG…Jwhite4_.
Antonio was a gentle giant known to his mom as “Big Lightskin.” His smile was warm and genuine and to know him was to love him. His nickname TB Hunnitgzz comes from his uncles calling him “Tone Bone.” Antonio was a loving son, brother, nephew, cousin, grandson, and friend to all. To cherish his memory, he leaves his mother (Tanika McCotter), father (Anthony Hoover), brothers (Aaron (Doobie) McCotter and Jalanni White, sisters (London Simone McCotter and Cameryn McCotter, grandmother (Janie McCotter), aunt (Yalonda McCotter), and uncles Willie McCotter Jr. and Jayeron McCotter. He leaves his very best friends/brodies Malik Alston, Sean Hicks Jr., and Tyron Clemmons whom he cherished.
* Special thanks to Terrance “T” Rowe for being a great role model, mentor, and someone whom Antonio looked up to and truly loved. Also a special thanks to “Aunt Rhonda” for always being there. Antonio is predeceased by his older sister Eboni Johnson-McCotter, maternal grandfather Willie G. McCotter Sr., paternal grandmother Mary Hoover, and paternal grandfather John McLaurin.
