On March 7, 2023, Charlene Dorothy Reddick was called home to eternal rest. She was born March 29, 1956, in New Haven, Ct to the late Haley and Maxine Reddick. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Willie Saunders Jr. New Haven was the place she resided from her childhood to adulthood, while attending Hillhouse House High School. She spent most of her life as a homemaker and held a few jobs, such as a school bus attendant and worked as a waitress at Matlaws Restaurant in West Haven, CT. She selflessly dedicated her time to several church’s assisting with community projects. To honor her memory, she leaves behind her husband,Willie Saunders Jr of New Haven, Ct; Sons: Jeffrey Reddick who resides in Orange Park, FL, Brandon Reddick of West haven, CT, Brian Heyward of West Haven, CT; Daughter; Kenya Reddick of West Haven, CT, and Daughter in Law Bonita Reddick who resides in Orange Park, Fl. She was 1 out of 16 loving brothers and sisters; Gerald, David, Butch, Eddie, Leroy, Carl, Antoine, Michael, Christopher, Marlon, sisters; Patsy who resides in California, Denise, Maxine, Christine, and Yvette, 16 Grand-children with another grandchild due soon, along with several supportive and caring nieces and nephews, including relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by four of her brothers, David , Butch, Leroy, Antoine, and 2 sisters: Denise and Maxine.
