Mr. Charles L. Mazon, Jr. “Pete” 67 of Waterbury, CT born July 25, 1956 entered eternal rest  on Friday, May 10, 2024 in LeHigh Acres, FL with his wife of 20 years “Jennifer” by his side. Mr. Mazon was the son of the late Charles L. Mazon SR and survived by Frances Marie Monteriro-Jamison.

Pete was educated in the Waterbury public school systems where he graduated from Kennedy high school, class of 1975. He was employed as a machinist at Pratt & Whitney for over 40 years and in his spare time, Peter loved  fishing, photography, painting , hosting summer events, a  philanthropist for the community, an avid supporter of the Berkely Knights Drill Team & Drum Corps., and a skilled baker who was famous for his carrot cakes, muffins and brownies. In addition to the wife and mother, Pete leaves behind 2 sons Terrance Mazon (Sari) of Colorado and Marquise Mazon (Geneva of North Carolina, Predeceased by Charles L. Mazon 111(Breana) of Georgia.

Pete is survived by 5 siblings Tonia Mazon of Georgia, Jacqueline Mazon-Baldwin (James) of  North Carolina, Kevin Mazon , Tracy Mazon of  Farmington, Darlene Mazon and  Lori Thomas (Theodis) of Waterbury and predeceased by Justina (Juicy) Marie Johnson (Gregory). Pete’s pride and joy his grandchildren: Terrance Jr., Leilani, Cameron, Jaiden ,Arrielle, Aliana, Marley, Chyna, Cheyenne, Dashiya, Chance. Pete leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, friends, including special friend Danny Felton and extended family members.
