Clinton Ivey of Waterbury CT passed away on Saturday November 11, 2023. He was born October 23, 1937 in Messina GA to Clara Ivey & Howard Dorsey.

Clint was married to Sara Ivey for over 40 years. They traveled to many places together. Clint worked at Ansonia Copper & Brass for over 40 years. In his retired years he liked to go fishing, hunting, and watch sports (Mets & Dallas Cowboys were his favorite teams). He also enjoyed hanging with the guys at McDonalds (The McDonalds crew as his wife called them).

Clint is survived by his wife Sara Ivey. His two sons Darrell (Annie) Ivey of NY, Kenneth (Annette) Ivey of CT. One daughter Cassandra Ivey of NY. Eight Grandchildren & three Great Grandchildren, Two brothers Larry Wiley & Joseph Wiley, both of GA. Three sisters Rosie (BaBa) Wiley, Joyce Ann Wiley, Bertha Wiley, all of GA. A special nephew Leo (Yolanda) Willis of CT. Several nieces, nephews, cousins & a host of friends.

Clinton was predeceased by his parents Clara Wiley & Howard Dorsey. Four brothers, Linton Ivey, Willie Hill, Fleming Dorsey & Howard Dorsey. Two sisters, Louise Clark & Ernestine Wiley.

Clint will be surely missed by all who got to know him. He was a stranger to no one & “You Better Believe it”! (as he would say)
