The Tillman and Francis family sadly announce the passing of our beloved mother grandmother and sister Gay Tillman on November 3rd 2023. Gay was born in Riverhead, NY on March 16th 1961 and resided in Waterbury, CT. Gay worked as a dietary aide for 12 years before dedicating a special time of her life to raise her nieces India and Iesha Hughes and nephew Jacob Hughes. She loved to celebrate holidays with her daughters and grandchildren. Gay was a stylish woman who enjoyed to laugh and make jokes. Gay leaves behind her Daughter Tavera Francis & Son in law Michael Francis, Daughter Tamera Tillman. Her four Grandchildren Lexus Francis Michael Francis JR,  Miae Francis and Brianna Tillman. Her one great grandchild Londyn Norman who she loved to play dress up and modeling with. And Her Niece India. Also Gay will be forever missed by her sisters she spent her life with Cindy Robinson, Johnnie Mae James Perry and Lady Williams. Along with her Long time friends Dan Abisto and Tom Tedesco. And a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Gay is Proceeded by her Mother and father Jaunita Tillman & Jake Tillman. Sisters Dorothy Hunter, Joanne Tillman and Tasha Hughes. Niece Iesha Hughes. All whom she is now with in the lords arms.
