to cook, and his first job was at Chuck Steak House which gave him a love for cooking steak, he
also had a love for fishing, and hunting on Friday nights with his belated uncle, George
Coleman. As he became older, Larry learned how to cut hair and became a barber for many, he
had a love for art (he could draw some beautiful pictures), taking pictures, reading, and study his
Bible (his favorite scriptures were, Isaiah 26:3, and 40:10). He attended classes at the University
of Connecticut Cooperative Extension System and received a Certificate in Recognition of
Completion of the People Empowering People (PEP) program in 2013, where he later became
