Quinton Christopher Jones, 40 transitioned to God on Sunday, November 21, 2021.

He was born May 9, 1981, to the parents Carol and Sid G. Jones of New Haven, CT.

Quinton is survived by his lifetime partner Yashika Williams and daughter Saniya Jones. His paternal grandmother Thelma Little of VA. Two brothers, Boyon & Kyle Jones, a niece Kyley Jones, Godson, Amari Lawrence all of CT. God sister Briana Gibson of PA. Maternal aunt Angie (Curtiss) Anderson of CT, Paternal aunts, Monica (Alvin) Brandon of NC, Desiree Aseme of CT. Maternal uncles, Raymond (Jaye) Beck of DE, Charles Beck of MA and Kevin (Lisa) Beck of CT. Paternal uncle, Oswald Jones of New York.

Quinton is predeceased by Grandparents, Fred & Laura Beck, Sid E. Jones. Step grandparent Walter Little. Aunts Sharon Crawford and Evelyn Beck. Uncles Phil Crawford and Frank Beck. He leaves behind a host of family and friends.

Quinton attended New Haven and Hamden schools. He worked as a truck driver for Blanchard Transportation and his life revolved around his only child Saniya Jones.

Quinton loved his family and friends and checked on them daily. He enjoyed traveling, shopping and the “finer things” in life. He brought joy to everyone in his presence and had the ability to make people laugh. He was everyone “go to” for all matters, he had a pure heart and helped anyone in need. He made “everyone” feel good and special.
