To the family of Mr. Newsome, please accept our sincere condolences. I was always impressed by his attendance and participation at Mt. Olive A.M.E. Zion. He was a man of action who inspired everyone around him to be their best. He was an excellent role model for us all. We pray for strength and peace for his daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren during this difficult moment.

For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. (2 Cor. 5:1) For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep or (die) in Jesus will God bring with him. (1Thes. 4:14) The Livingstone College Fayetteville Area Alumni Chapter sends our condolences of comfort and peace to Reverend (Pastor) Keith Newsome and Family. Be encouraged as you reflect upon your father\'s gift of a life of longevity. Find strength as you embrace the love of God through the words of this old Hymn: "Be not dismayed whatever betide, God will take care of you; Beneath his wings of love abide, God will take care of you\". Your Fayetteville Alumni Chapter loves you and will keep you in our prayers and thoughts. Blessings Always, Livingstone College Fayetteville Area Alumni Chapter, Fayetteville, NC.
